Credentials: I am a Certified Spiritual Director through Meadville Lombard Unitarian Universalist Seminary and former Program Director for All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Okla. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Development, and for the past 15 years have served as a Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion practitioner specializing in anti-oppression, decolonization and liberation. I
am an Arklahoman, born in Fayetteville and raised in Tulsa, I have deep roots in the foothills of
the Ozarks and the ancient forests that border our tallgrass prairies and plains.
Invitation: It is an honor to co-create sacred experiences and accompany seekers on spiritual journeys.
Utilizing some of the most ancient rituals, evidence-based psychological tools and practices in a natural setting, I create a safe and brave space, in divine time outside of time, to curate spiritual
awakenings, deeper awareness and interconnection of our true nature in sync with the
vibrations of the Universe. I have had the privilege to design and lead individual and group
spritquests for more than 25 years, journeys that facilitate an exploration of our interior
landscape within and as part of the greater cosmos.

Heretic, rebel, a thing to flout.
But love and I had the wit to win:
